Hi, I’m alexandra.
The Avira Method is born from my own journey. I began experiencing menstrual symptoms at nine years old and, like so many women, was told they were “normal.” I was put on hormonal birth control and sent on my way. But the truth was, those symptoms made it difficult to hold a job, stay consistent with movement, or embody the confidence I carried inside.
I know I’m not alone. For countless women, this is the reality.
That’s why I devoted my life to understanding my symptoms and, eventually, healing them. I earned my degree in Integrative Medicine from Maharishi University and immersed myself in the science of Cycle Syncing. Avira is the fusion of these two worlds—ancient wisdom and modern science—brought together into one practical, powerful framework.
My mission is simple: to help you reconnect with the innate rhythm of your body. We are not destined to live in pain because we have a womb. Our cycles are meant to guide us, protect us, and move us through life’s seasons with strength and wisdom.
the avira Approach
Avira is where structure meets soul. We blend Ayurveda’s cyclical wisdom with the precision of modern wellness science to help you inhabit your body with ease again. Each plan unfolds like a ritual. They are each practical, sensory, and deeply personal. We address the biology beneath burnout, the chemistry behind emotion, and the daily choices that reconnect you to vitality. Healing becomes a design process: graceful, data-informed, and deeply human.
Dream it
Each Avira program is built around cyclical design. They are structured enough to create momentum, but fluid enough to honor change. We integrate Ayurvedic mapping, nutritional strategy, and lifestyle architecture into a clear yet flexible system. It’s a method that grows with you, guided by the rhythms of your body and the demands of real life.
Build it
Avira is not passive coaching; it’s immersive partnership. Each week invites a new focus (nourishment, movement, emotional grounding, creative expression) supported by tools that blend accountability with intuition. Progress feels both tangible and deeply personal, unfolding as rhythm is restored.
