Welcome. Let’s begin at the beginning, with where you are now. Here at Avira, we believe that incremental change is the key to long-lasting results. We encourage you to communicate with us if things aren’t working, or if you are getting overwhelmed. The goal is to support your natural cycles, not fight against them.
Throughout the course of the first week, our focus will be on Consistency. This will help to build a foundation of trust within you that we can use to build upon. Without this foundation, nothing can move.
The most important step in any journey is believing in the destination. Here, we want to remind you that change is possible. The woman you’ve always wanted to be is inside you, and she is sending you symptoms as signals that she needs support. It’s easy to feel like you are fighting a battle against yourself. This week we will focus on joining forces with your body. Don’t worry, it won’t be with crystals. It will be through tangible, actionable steps that will send signals to every cell in your body that you are someone you can trust.

This week, your body is in its menstrual phase. This is a time of deep internal processing, both physically and emotionally. Estrogen and progesterone are at their lowest. Your uterine lining is shedding. Your immune system is slightly suppressed. You are, quite literally, releasing what is no longer needed.
This is not a week for pushing. It’s a week for tuning in. Your sensitivity is heightened, use it to listen, not to criticize. Your energy is lower: allow it to be without questioning your worth. The actions you take this week, no matter how small, carry extra weight. They are signals to your body that safety is being restored. And that is the beginning of everything.
